Swedish massage
Relax and unwind
Back, neck and shoulders, using more fluid movements for a relaxing and lighter feel. Your face or stomach can also be combined into your massage to ensure you have the best treatment for you.
Aromatherapy, Usui Reiki or Sports techniques can be added for a further £2-£5.
Alternative Massage and Therapies
Bamboo massage
Bamboo massage is an alternative to deep tissue treatment. This form of massage uses bamboo stalks to roll over the body. Bamboo stalks come in a varying lengths and diameters to provide deep-tissue work. The cane allows me to cover a larger area and apply pressure more evenly. The massage itself promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception, lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. The bamboo is used as an extension of a therapists’ hands, forearms, and elbows and even between to toes. This enables them to work deeper and more effectively.
Indian Head massage
Also known as Shiroabhyanga. First and foremost, energy. Indian head massage is said to balance every system in the body. Benefits include its ability to combat stress and anxiety and help us find balance. It can help to relieve aches, pains and tension in your neck, back and shoulders. It can also stimulate the hair follicles and is said to improve the texture of your hair and encourage hair growth. Covers for the top of the back, neck, shoulders, head and face drainage (optional).
This can be combined with other treatments like facials, aromatherapy and usui reiki.
Pregnancy massage
A pre-natal massage may help alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy while providing a sense of relaxation after the first trimester.
A Swedish massage aims to improve a person's general body tone, increase blood flow and lymph circulation, improve the function of the joints and muscles, and alleviate physical and mental fatigue for pregnancy, such as hormone regulation.
We always advise to contact your doctors to ensure it is safe for you prior to booking.
This can include usui reiki and essential oils suitable for pregnancy which helps in the changes of your body.
Reflexology
Your body is mapped out on your feet by a series of pressure points connected to your nervous system to help relieve your body and mind by trying to reduce your stress, anxiety and pain. When presure is applied homeostasis (balance) can occur in the whole body, all while helping to lift your mood and improve general well-being.
Aromatherapy essential oils, bamboo canes and Usui reiki can be added to each individual treatments to enhance the experience.
Hand reflexology
If you don’t like your feet being touched this is an amazing alternative Your body is also mapped out on your hands. It can be another way of distressing and sorting out those aching, stressed hands.
Aromatherapy and usui reiki can be added to any booking.
Aromatherapy
I use Doterra essential oils mixed with base oil of either grapeseed or coconut to try and help you feel calm, relaxed and heal and improve the skin quality. These essential oils can be added to any treatment I do and are discussed during the consultation.
Great for Swedish, deep tissue, Indian head massage and hand and feet reflexology. Caution is taken if pregnant.
Usui Reiki
Rei meaning universal. Ki meaning life-force energy (also known as chi, prana, mana, light etc). Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The recipient can feel warmth or heat.
Reiki can be an additional treatment during most treatments except a bamboo massage.
Child or Teenager massage with parental consent and supervision
Primarily for under 18s or person who requires a carer or support person.
Any treatment with parent/carer supervision can be completed including head and shoulders, hands, feet or back.
Essential oils can be added on request. This is ideal for your child or teenager who is going through something or who has experienced a trauma.
This can be a parental separation, problems at school, stress of study or ADHD to name a few.
Giving them some time to heal in a safe environment away from their issues. Home visits are available

I use my cruelty free and eco-friendly range, which is suitable for all skin types.
A smooth cleanser which is a complexion purifier and a vitamin toner with a pore-refining mist

Facials using tropic (Vegan)
All facials include cleansing, toning, moisturising and a relaxing facial massage.
Uplift facial
Semi and mature skin. To help tighten the skin.
Gua Sha facial
Uses a collection of different stones to massage the face. Great for tension, headaches and stress
Clear skin facial
For congested skin using a mixture containing a vegan scrub and suction
Backcial
A facial for the back, using all the products on your back which can be used before having a back massage
You can combine any of these with any other treatment except pregnancy massage
Home visits
Home visits are offered or agreed for those less able to come to me, Home visits are available for an extra £5 per visit.
I have a full list of products and services available on my price list and I provide different styles of massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, facial and usui reiki.
Bespoke packages and vouchers
All my packages can be tailored to an individual. They can vary from 3,6,9 or12 sessions, available weekly or monthly. Each session is available in 30 minute or 1 hour per treatment at a time that suits you.
If you have more than 9 sessions in a 6-month period, you will receive a free treatment.
